Melon is a plant of the Cucurbitaceae family, as well as a large sweet fruit. Melons are rich in nutrients. Suffice to say that they content 18% of sugars, a lot of potassium (and thus low in sodium), have fiber, vitamin C and carotene. Melon is rich in minerals and trace elements, vitamins and organic acids. It consists of mono- and disaccharides, nicotinic and folic acids, starch and cellulose, extractive and nitrogenous substances, iron, calcium, potassium, silicon, copper, magnesium, phosphorus, and vitamins B1, B2, C, E, PP, provitamin A - substances that are beneficial for the skin and hair.

In cosmetology melon prevents the appearance of premature wrinkles, smoothes and softens the skin, helps to regenerate skin and treats acne, fights skin pigmentation, tones and moisturizes the skin, strengthens hair roots and restores their structure. Melon gives hair a healthy shine, strengthens nails, smoothes the skin and makes it soft, improves the complexion. In addition, the melon is effective in fight against acne and pigmentation spots.

Melon extract strengthens and restores hair moisturizing and giving them protection against moisture loss, supplies hair roots and the scalp by necessary moisture and important nutrients - vitamins and amino acids that prevent hair from drying out during blow-dry.
