Career guidance of schoolchildren with "Alliance of beauty"
9 October 2016The management of "Alliance of beauty" believes that the successful development of our country depends on its young people, so pay special attention to career orientation of schoolchildren of this district.
«As our company is located in a village, we understand the need to create new working places all too well. We are often in contact with local schools, helping in making current repairs of premises, we communicate with children, so we know what today's youth is focused on», - says Vadym Gerashchenko.
The company often invites high school students of the district to its manufacture on a tour. Children have an opportunity to see how cosmetic products are produced, to make choice of future profession. Students are offered an opportunity to make soap with own hands - to mix dyes, fillers, various components, to pour finished products into bottles, to stick labels, etc. We tell children about the production technologies, show different chemical processes which are carried out in the laboratory. We explain which responsibilities marketing manager, technologist, lab assistant or bacteriologist have. Thus high school students can determine the future profession at an early stage.
Recently the production of the company "Alliance of beauty" was visited by students of many schools of Vyshhorod district. Factory warmly hosted students fr om Syniak, Liutizh, Dymer, Demydiv, Havrylivka, Novi Petrovtsi and Stari Petrovtsi villages.
"Alliance of beauty" also cooperates closely with National pharmaceutical university located in Kharkiv. The company can afford to send gifted children on training in specialties that are demanded for the company.
In the words of General Manager Vadym Gerashchenko issues of career guidance today are very relevant in the Ukrainian villages. Finding a job in a village is not easy, so young people have to leave their native land in order to secure a good future. The company "Alliance of beauty" provides all necessary facilities to help younger generation to stand strong on their feet wh ere they were born and raised.
